Mandarin Orange Salad
From Sara Calhoun
- Lettuce and/or spinach
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 4 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
- Chilled, drained small can of mandarin orange sections
- ¼ cup toasted almonds or sesame seeds
Refrigerate greens, onions and mushrooms.
Immediately before serving, add oranges and nuts to salad. Toss with dressing and serve.
