Mandarin Orange Salad
From Sara Calhoun
  • Lettuce and/or spinach
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 4 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
  • Chilled, drained small can of mandarin orange sections
  • ¼ cup toasted almonds or sesame seeds

Refrigerate greens, onions and mushrooms.

Immediately before serving, add oranges and nuts to salad. Toss with dressing and serve.
